- Your name, company and work email, so the referral is registered to you
- The client’s company name
- What they are on today, and where they are going if it is decided
- What is driving the timing: server end-of-life, merger, renewal, an outgrown system
- Whether you would like to introduce us by email, or brief us on a call first
